Fourteen-day unused refund window
When paid checkout is activated, a purchaser may request a refund within 14 calendar days after purchase if the lecture remains unused.
What unused means
A lecture is unused when no lecture video has been played and no downloadable course material associated with that purchase has been accessed. Merely receiving the confirmation email or having the lecture appear in an account does not, by itself, make the lecture used.
How to request a refund
Email hello@med-dent.org from the purchasing email address. Include the lecture title and the order or payment reference. Never send full card details. We aim to confirm the decision or request further information within three business days.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within five business days of approval. After issuance, the credit usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Exceptions after playback
Starting playback or a download normally ends the voluntary change-of-mind window, but does not remove remedies required by law. We will review duplicate charges, verified unauthorised charges, failed delivery, persistent technical defects on supported devices, content materially different from its description, and content removed during the promised access period.
Digital-content acknowledgement
Before paid playback begins, checkout or the account flow may ask you to request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that starting streaming or downloading can end a statutory withdrawal right where applicable. This does not limit rights relating to defective, unavailable, or materially misdescribed content.
No subscription cancellation
Lectures are one-time purchases with no subscription and no automatic renewal. There is therefore no recurring plan to cancel. You can stop using the service at any time without a future recurring charge.
Current status
Paid checkout is not active, so no lecture purchases are currently being taken through the site. Verified business details and the live payment flow will be published before this policy is used for transactions.
