01Who are the lectures for?+

The catalog is designed for senior students, residents, and practicing clinicians. Review the topic and full program to decide whether a lecture fits your current learning goal.

02Who sells the lectures?+

Med-Dent.org commissions, publishes, and sells its own lecture catalogue as the sole seller and merchant of record. Lecturers are paid separately for their professional contribution; they do not sell through the site or receive customer payments.

03What are the format and duration?+

Most lectures run for one or two hours. The catalog also includes clearly labelled introductory sessions and extended multi-part programs.

04How much does a lecture cost?+

The standard price is $19 USD for a one-hour lecture and $29 USD for a two-hour lecture. Introductory sessions and extended bundles keep the USD price shown in their listing. Applicable taxes are shown before payment.

05How long does access last?+

Each one-time purchase provides 12 months of personal streaming access from successful payment, unless a lecture page clearly states a longer period.

06Can I watch on my phone?+

Yes. The experience is designed for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Viewing progress can later sync through your account.

07How does payment work?+

Each lecture is a one-time purchase in USD, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Secure checkout will show the final payment methods, taxes, and order total before payment.

08Can I request a refund?+

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days if paid playback has not started and no included material has been accessed or downloaded. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, material defects, and rights required by law are handled under the Refund Policy.

09Do lectures provide certificates or CME credits?+

Med-Dent.org lists certificates or credits only when a specific lecture has a separately verified entitlement.
