Med-Dent.org lectures are delivered online. No physical item is shipped, and there are no shipping destinations, rates, or delivery carriers.
When access begins
After the payment provider confirms a successful payment, the selected lecture will normally be added to the purchaser’s account within minutes and a confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Payment methods that settle later are fulfilled only after final payment confirmation.
Access period
Each one-time purchase includes 12 months of online access from payment confirmation. The lecture page identifies its language, duration, program, and whether any supporting material is included.
Requirements
Customers need a current web browser, a stable internet connection, and access to the purchasing email account. Streaming quality can vary by device and connection. Unless a lecture page expressly provides a download, access is streaming-only.
If access does not arrive
If access is not visible within 30 minutes, check the purchasing account and email spam folder, then contact hello@med-dent.org with the lecture title and order reference. Do not send full card details by email. We will first try to restore access and may extend access or provide another remedy where appropriate.
Current status
Paid checkout and automated delivery are not active yet. This policy describes the intended production flow and will be reviewed against the live payment and account systems before activation.
