What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies are small browser records used to remember settings, maintain sessions, measure site performance, and help detect misuse.
Types we may use
- Strictly necessary (essential): security, session, accessibility, checkout, and consent-choice functions.
- Preference: choices such as filters or interface settings.
- Analytics: aggregated information used to understand site performance, where enabled. Optional analytics tools are currently inactive.
- Marketing: with your marketing consent, Meta Conversions API measures public site visits and successful course enquiries to help assess advertising campaigns.
Marketing measurement remains off until you opt in. Account, sign-in, personal cabinet, and protected course pages are excluded.
Authentication cookies
Med-Dent.org uses strictly necessary cookies after a sign-in code is successfully verified. They keep the session available to the server, support secure token rotation, and ensure that the correct personal lecture library is displayed. They are not used for advertising and cannot be disabled through Cookie settings because account access cannot work without them. Signing out revokes the current provider session where available and expires both cookies on that device.

Stripe and checkout
Paid checkout is not active yet. When Stripe payment components are enabled, Stripe may use cookies, IP addresses, and device or interaction signals to provide payments, authentication, and fraud prevention. We will update this inventory when integration is complete. See Stripe’s privacy information.
Meta marketing measurement
After marketing consent, the site stores md-meta-consent until your choice expires (up to 12 months), and an _fbp browser identifier for up to 90 days. An _fbc identifier is stored for up to 90 days only when your visit contains a Facebook click identifier. The server sends Meta a visit or successful-enquiry event, its time, browser identifiers, IP address, and browser information. Form fields, course titles, page paths, and query strings are not included. The source URL is limited to this site's origin. See Meta’s privacy policy.
Your choices
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to accept, reject, or change non-essential preferences. Withdrawing marketing consent stops future events and removes this site's marketing cookies. Rejecting non-essential storage is as accessible as accepting it. Browser settings can also block or remove storage, although disabling strictly necessary technology may affect account or checkout functions.
