Personal data we collect
When you request a sign-in code, Med-Dent.org and its authentication provider process your email address, request time, IP address, browser or device information, delivery status, and security events to send and verify the code, prevent abuse, create or locate your account, and maintain your authenticated session. Med-Dent.org stores the provider’s stable account identifier and verified email with your account status and lecture-access records. We may also collect information you provide through purchase-request and support forms, including your name, email address, optional phone number, country or region, consent record, and message. When checkout is activated, we will receive order identifiers, the lecture purchased, payment status, amount, currency, and limited billing information from the payment provider.
Account authentication
Email-code authentication is provided by Supabase. If an email address is new, successful verification creates a Med-Dent.org account; if it is already connected to an account, successful verification signs the user in. Supabase issues and validates the temporary code and session tokens. Med-Dent.org does not collect or store an account password. Strictly necessary, HTTP-only session cookies keep the user signed in and ensure that the correct personal lecture library is displayed. Supabase may process authentication, delivery, security, device, and network information under its privacy terms.
Payment information
Paid checkout is not active yet. When activated, payment details will be collected through Stripe’s secure payment interface. Med-Dent.org does not intend to receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention data under its own privacy terms.
Technical information
We may process IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, referring pages, security events, and cookie or local-storage identifiers needed to operate, secure, and improve the site.
How information is used
- Provide accounts, lecture access, support, and transaction records.
- Respond to enquiries, refunds, disputes, and delivery problems.
- Protect the service, content rights, and payment flow.
- Understand service performance and improve the catalog, subject to your cookie choices where required.
- Meet legal, accounting, tax, and compliance obligations.
Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing is based on providing the requested service or contract, consent, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as security and support.
Sharing
Personal data may be shared with Supabase for email authentication and session security, and with hosting, security, communications, analytics, and payment providers only as needed for their services. It may also be disclosed to authorities or professional advisers when required by law or to protect legitimate rights. Lecturers are not sellers or payment recipients and do not receive customer payment data. When enabled, Stripe will process payment, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data.
Meta campaign measurement
If you allow marketing in Cookie settings, we send Meta events for public site visits and successful course enquiries through Conversions API. These include an event time and identifier, IP address, browser information, and advertising browser or click identifiers. Meta can use these signals to measure advertising campaigns under its privacy policy. We do not send application names, emails, messages, package choices, course titles, page paths, or query strings. Account, sign-in, personal cabinet, and protected course pages are excluded. You can withdraw marketing consent from the footer at any time to stop future events and remove marketing cookies.
Retention
Account and active lecture-access records are generally retained while the account remains open and for a reasonable period afterward for security, support, and rights management. Support and purchase-request records are generally retained for up to 24 months after resolution. When sales begin, order, invoice, refund, and tax records may be retained for up to seven years or the period required by law. Security logs are generally retained for up to 12 months unless an incident requires longer preservation. Consent and suppression records may be kept as needed to demonstrate or honour your choices.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Never send full card details, passwords, patient-identifiable information, or unrelated medical records through a support form or email.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or object to particular processing. Send requests to [email protected] from the email connected to your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some transaction records may need to be retained after account deletion when required by law.
Adults only
Med-Dent.org is intended for adults and professional learners and is not directed to children. Do not submit information if you are under 18.
Cookies and international use
Cookie and browser-storage choices are explained in the Cookie Policy. Providers and users may be located in different countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.
Updates and controller contact
Material policy changes will be posted here with an updated date. The verified U.S. controller name, registered address, and support phone will be added before payment activation. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].

Course applications
Med-Dent.org course application forms collect your name, email, selected package and consent to process these details. We use them to respond to your application, send a payment link and arrange access after payment. Applications are delivered via FormSubmit to [email protected]. The service retains its submission archive for up to 30 days. To withdraw consent or request deletion, contact [email protected]. Do not submit patient information or payment details through this form.
